Frequently asked questions
How long does a complete kitchen remodel take?
A standard kitchen remodel typically takes 3–6 weeks to complete, while larger renovations with structural changes may extend to 8–12 weeks. The process generally includes demolition (1–2 days), rough plumbing, electrical, and structural work (1–2 weeks), installation of cabinetry and countertops (1–2 weeks), and final finishing touches (about 1 week).
Will I need to vacate my home during construction?
For minor renovations, staying in your home is usually not required. However, for larger projects involving kitchens, primary bathrooms, or structural work, temporary relocation for 1–4 weeks may be recommended for comfort and convenience. We review all possibilities with you during the initial consultation.
How do you manage dust and debris during construction?
We use plastic containment barriers and protective coverings to safeguard existing flooring and finishes throughout the project. For larger renovations, we also deploy HEPA-grade air filtration systems and perform daily cleanup to minimize disruption to your home.
What happens if my project experiences delays?
Project delays can occasionally occur due to material availability, weather impacts on exterior work, or unforeseen site conditions. We proactively communicate any schedule changes and update timelines transparently as the project progresses.
